What is Advanced Diagnostic Testing?

Advanced diagnostic testing helps us look beyond surface symptoms to uncover underlying causes of pain, dysfunction, or impaired brain and nerve function. By using a combination of real-time imaging, nerve signal evaluation, and brain-based assessments, we can develop treatment plans that are not just symptom-focused, but cause-specific.
Our tests are ideal for patients with chronic pain, injury recovery delays, neurological deficits, or post‒accident symptoms that haven’t improved with standard care.

EKG (Electrocardiogram)

Measures electrical activity of the heart to detect arrhythmias, cardiac abnormalities, or pre‒existing heart conditions that may impact your overall treatment or physical capacity. Especially useful prior to initiating strenuous physical therapy or weight loss programs.

Spirometry (Pulmonary Function Testing)

Assesses lung function and respiratory capacity. Essential for patients with shortness of breath, COPD history, or those undergoing employment physicals, pre‒surgical clearance, or return‒to‒work evaluations.

qEEG Brain Mapping

Quantitative EEG evaluates brainwave patterns for concussion, TBI, cognitive decline, ADHD, PTSD, and other neurological conditions. Offers critical insight even when traditional imaging shows no abnormalities.

IMPACT/Creyos Cognitive Testing

A digital cognitive assessment used to track recovery from concussion and brain injury over time. Measures memory, reaction time, focus, and processing speed. Recommended every 4 weeks during TBI recovery.
