IME FAQs

Is this covered under insurance?
If your insurance is medicare and commercial, we are in-network. They will cover it at whatever rate they are contracted and if its MVA is typically on lien or med pay or pip or both, work comp is covered by the carrier.
How fast can I get an IME scheduled?
Most IMEs can be scheduled within 5–7 business days.
Who pays for the IME?
It depends on the case—IME costs are usually covered by insurers, attorneys, or employers.
Can the same provider offer follow-up care?
No. IMEs are objective, one-time evaluations. We maintain clear separation between evaluation and treatment roles.
