At Core Medical Center, we have developed a comprehensive, multispecialty approach to pain management that utilizes providers in multiple healthcare specialties working together. This team will create a personalized plan of care to treat the root cause of a patient’s pain and restore their function – instead of simply addressing their symptoms. Our team of on-site providers communicate in real time with patients, who can see multiple providers in a single visit, without having to travel to another office or schedule separate appointments to treat the same issue.
We have successfully treated more than 100,000 patients in our outpatient programs and have a proven track record of success with post-surgical and nonsurgical therapy. We offer physical medicine, interventional pain procedures, physical therapy, occupational medicine, chiropractic services, and much more.
We are a family practice with deep community roots and a legacy of healing excellence that began more than 40 years ago with the groundbreaking efforts and expertise of Dr. Patrick Goldsworthy. His passionate belief that the right care can positively change people’s lives is the foundation for the patient-centered approach and next‒generation capabilities that have taken flight under the visionary leadership and guidance of his son, Dr. Aston Goldsworthy.

The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities is an independent, nonprofit accreditor for health and human services. A CARF accreditation means a provider has reached the gold standard of care, patient experience, and operations. By achieving a CARF accreditation shows that a provider is able to care for complex cases while ensuring the comfort of the patient.
