Physical Therapist
Monica Cass, RPT became interested in the field of physical therapy after being an athlete at Blue Springs High School. While playing sports there she went through injuries which showed her the importance of keeping the human body healthy and functioning at a high level. She then went on and attended Southwest Baptist University and received her degree in Physical therapy in 1993. She has over 17 years experience in outpatient and sports medicine physical therapy and is also a personal trainer. She enjoys working with patients at Core Medical Center to help them achieve their personal health goals and improve their level of function. She loves to see people get back to doing what they love to do! She continues to enjoy growing and learning in her career since graduating from school. She takes pride in ensuring that every patient she works with receives the best possible care at Core Medical Center and is given the tools and education to maintain their healing.
Outside of work, Monica enjoys most all sports. Her favorite hobbies include watching her daughter, Maci Ann, play sports, especially softball, lifting weights, playing with her 3 yorkies, and spending time with her family.
